I get so excited to see something edible growing in my garden on the last day of December.....This small patch of swiss chard isn't really impressive...but it makes me giddy with the possibilities of an extended season!
I think this is a nandina? Maybe? I want to move it out of my garden plot as it is now right in a major section. Do you know what it is and the best way to relocate it?
There was a little carrot seed spillage in the fall and we had a pitiful looking carrot selection...Some of the yard animals had been sampling them.
I'm excited to make this section of my yard productive and green and overflowing with family feeding goodness...but I would like some snow first please!
